A beautiful body-based journey “Unapologetically Sensual”
is guided by Jutta and allows you to soften, release tension, and drop out of your mind, into your sacred body.
You are invited into a journey of rooted presence and somatic movement, experiencing the wisdom of your body and feeling safe to be in it.
Jutta guides you to explore your breath as an activator of your life force. Together we create a sonic healing space through our voices. You can bathe in the sacredness of sound, which resonates on a cellular level, activates your body's own healing abilities and regulates your nervous system.
Jutta also serves you as a priestess of Goddess Isis (Goddess of sacred sexual alchemy & transformation): our temple space is energetically supported by divine frequencies and her guidance is tailored to the group's energies and unique magic.
You'll be invited to connect with yourself on physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual levels.
An intimate ritual: a gentle yoni steaming
Yoni steaming is an ancient feminine wellness ritual found in different traditional cultures, in which a woman sits comfortably above warm, herb-infused steam, allowing the warmth, aroma and atmosphere to create a deeply nurturing sensory experience.
The practice has also become a familiar self-care ritual in parts of Southeast Asia and Bali, where Filipa first encountered it as part of women's beauty and wellness culture.
This practice, guided by Filipa, is less about "fixing" or cleansing our bodies and more about remembering that our intimate parts deserve the same tenderness, attention and reverence that we so naturally give to the rest of ourselves. As you sit in the warmth, there is nothing to achieve. You can simply breathe, soften, listen, and receive.
Let the music, warmth, beautiful aromas and presence of the women around you create a space where you can slow down and reconnect with your own sensuality.

We will close our day together with integration, reflection and sharing, creating space to notice what has shifted and what your body may be asking for.

A Gift Before We Meet: Our Online Welcome Circle
Our gift for you is a Zoom Welcome Circle, one week before our day together.
During the meeting we introduce ourselves, share a first glimpse into the day's themes, set the intentions for our sacred gathering and begin to feel each other's presence before we meet in person. In this way, we already build safety and trust together, before you even step into the room.
The online circle and the day are guided in English, with an Estonian interpreter present throughout.
This is a women-only gathering for embodiment, intimacy, sensuality and sacred self-connection.
UNASHAMED is for women who feel the quiet pull to soften, to be held, and to reconnect with the sensual, feminine parts of themselves that everyday life rarely makes room for.
About Filipa Moniz
Once upon a time, Filipa lived a very different life. She was a biomedical scientist on a high-achieving academic and corporate path: studies at Oxford and Johns Hopkins, then, by her early thirties, leading scientific training at a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, on a site of over 10,000 people. From the outside it looked like success, and intellectually she loved it. But inside, she was disconnected from her body and inner desire, weeks running on adrenaline, weekends chasing aliveness through outdoor sports and nature.
Then lockdown arrived, and in one decision, everything changed. She went to Bali and discovered deep pleasure in my body: making love for hours and feeling energized, having psychedelic-like experiences through lovemaking, healing trauma through movement. She was introduced to Intimacy work through embodiment and pleasure, and her relationship to pleasure transformed completely: lovemaking became expansive, meditative, energizing.
Shortly after, a powerful Kundalini awakening permanently shifted her nervous system, sensitivity, and path. She quit her career, sold her apartment, moved countries, and trained intensely across schools, mentors, and methods to become an Intimacy Teacher.
Today, Filipa's passion is transmitting Intimacy knowledge and embodiment. Her mission: bridge the high-achieving, intellectual world and a soulful, embodied one, helping people move fluidly between both, fully themselves in work, life, and love.
About Jutta Niala
Jutta's spiritual path began almost three decades ago through crisis: disconnection from her body, destructive coping, anorexia, nervous-system burnout, until leaving her home country to rebuild abroad redirected her life.
Decades of yoga, embodiment, somatics, healing, shadow and energy work built the foundation for her transformational path and today's services. She pioneered yoga and somatics in Finland, bringing the Vijnana Yoga tradition and training its first teachers, and created a trauma-informed program for women survivors of violence with Naisten Linja.
As a mystic and channeler for 20+ years, soul calls took her on pilgrimages to Hawaiʻi, the Middle East, France, England, Italy, Egypt, Bali, and Sedona. She released her yoga studio to step fully into her role as Soul Embodiment Mentor and Channeler.
She empowers women globally to live soul-led lives, integrating spiritual knowledge into daily reality through her online mystery school programs: translating multidimensional teachings into practical embodiment, awakening, and actionable leadership, creativity, and service.
Initiated into the Goddess Isis Priestess Lineage, she carries transmissions through direct initiation. Sacred sexual alchemy, plus yoga, somatics, and trauma-informed background, is the foundation of collaboration with Filipa: inviting women to hold sacred sexuality and soul-aligned leadership as one integrated experience.
